The Maricopa County Department of Public Health SW Nutrition and Physical Activity program will be providing a 4-week series of fun and interactive trainings for parents of children 5 years and younger.
Each participant will learn exciting physical activities to do with their children as well as fun tips about healthy eating and nutrition. Each participant will receive a class certificate and free gifts. Children are welcome to attend the training.
