DESCRIPTION:<p><strong>Avondale’s Neighborhood &amp; Family Services Department will host the annual Health and Resource Fair at the AZ Complete Health Avondale Resource Center.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong>This free event is open to the public to showcase the human and housing services offered at the AZ Complete Health Avondale Resource Center 995 E. Riley Drive, Avondale. You'll find everything from housing resources, rental and utility assistance information, senior service programs, social support programs, health and nutrition information, early childhood resources, and mobile health units.
