Pursuant to Chapter 13 - Article VIII of the Avondale City Code, all peddlers, solicitors and canvassers who go door-to-door, must obtain a Peddler's Permit from the City Clerk's Office. 

Step 1. Submit the online Peddler's Permit Application 

Step 2. Pay the $24.00 non-refundable fee to the City of Avondale and pay the $24.00 non‐refundable fee.

Step 3. Wait for approval... You will be contacted by the City Clerk's Office to make an appointment to obtain your Peddler Permit ID Card.

Note: All Peddler's Permits expire in December of each year. Applicants are required to re-apply every year.
