The Engineering Department is responsible for providing in-house professional engineering services. This includes design and project management of street, drainage, traffic signals, and capital improvement projects, along with the inspection of development. The Department is responsible for the management of the City’s traffic system, repair and maintenance of traffic signals, streetlights, roadway signs and pavement markings, as well as roadway pavement management. The City Engineer serves as the Floodplain Administrator.
