Welcome to the City of Avondale Procurement Division.

The Procurement Division is responsible for acquiring equipment, goods, and services for the Mayor & City Council Office and all City Departments. We are responsible for promoting fair, open, and inclusive, competition while procuring high-quality goods and services that meet the needs of our customers, City operations, and maintain the public’s trust.

Important Vendor Notice:

As of January 22, 2024, the City of Avondale has transitioned to a new online solicitation notification system, OpenGov. This move to a new system will require all existing and new City vendors to register with OpenGov and/or update their User profiles to Subscribe with the City of Avondale. In order to receive notifications on current solicitations, registration with OpenGov, should be completed immediately. All future solicitation and vendor notifications will be processed through OpenGov. Former solicitations dated prior to January 22, 2024, may be accessed using the links provided below.

OpenGov Bid/Proposal Submittal Instructions

To submit a bid or proposal, vendors need to register their company on our OpenGov Registration page. Your registration will be complete once you respond to the system-generated confirmation e-mail.
