| Invitations for Bids (IFB) | Goods, equipment and services $100,000 or greater to be purchased based solely on lowest responsible bid. Public Notice Required. |
| Requests for Statements of Qualifications (RFQu) | Professional Services $100,000 or greater to be evaluated based on specific criteria NOT including price. Public Notice Required. |

Goods, equipment and services between $5,000 and $100,000 to be purchased based solely on lowest responsible quote. Public Notice NOT required. |
